Meet Dimitris, a talented chef with over 15 years of culinary experience, who has worked in some of Athens’ leading restaurants. Born and raised on the peaceful island of Evoia, he moved to the big city four years ago to refine his craft and bring the flavors of the islands to a wider audience. Dimitris brings to your table authentic, traditional Greek cuisine made with the highest respect for quality ingredients, local produce, and time-honored techniques. His food tells a story, one of heritage, passion and the true taste of Greece, served with warmth and without compromise.
