Proposal Details & Service Terms

I’m happy to send you the proposal for your event 💛

I’ve gathered all the important details regarding the event production below, including what the service includes, the cost, payment terms, options for changes and additions, and everything you need to know ahead of the event.

 

1. Event Details

Event type: Marriage Proposal

Location: Beach in the Athens Riviera 

Date: 29/09/2026, Tuesday 

Time: To be agreed upon in advance

The production includes planning, coordination, design, and setup at the location, according to what we have agreed upon in advance.

 

2. Cost & Payment

The total production cost is 350€.

To reserve the date and begin preparing for the event, a 100€ deposit is required.

The deposit can be paid via the following link:

The remaining balance of 250€ will be paid in cash on the day of the event.

The date will be officially reserved once the deposit has been received.

 

3. What Does the Production Include?

The package we agreed on includes:

- ring stand decorated with white fabric and flowers 

- 5 meters white aisle

- 40 led candles 

- white flowers arrangements 

- Music

- decorated table with champagne

- Basic photography using a mobile phone

 

The price includes the services and items listed above.

If you would like to add anything else, I’ll be happy to arrange it, subject to availability.

 

4. External Suppliers & Additional Services

If needed, the production may also include services provided by external suppliers, such as an event venue, equipment, photography, flowers, music, and more.

 

I coordinate and manage the relevant suppliers for you as part of the production process. If an external supplier has any specific terms or conditions, I will inform you in advance.

 

Any services or costs from external suppliers that are not included in the original price will be clearly detailed and approved by you in advance.

 

5. Optional Add-Ons

Additional services can be added to the production at an extra cost, including:

- Professional photography

- Special floral design

- Balloons

- Live music

- Any other addition you may wish to include

Any additional service will be discussed and approved with you in advance.

 

6. Design Change

I know that sometimes new ideas come up during the planning process 😊

Once the design and planning have been finalized and the deposit has been paid, changes can still be requested, subject to timing and availability.

If a requested change requires additional materials, work, or time, I will inform you of the additional cost in advance before proceeding.

 

7. Date Changes & Cancellation

If you would like to change the event date, you may request this at any time, subject to our availability on the new date.

If the new date is available, we will be happy to move the event to the new date at no additional cost.

If the new date is not available and you are unable to hold the event on the original date, this will be considered a cancellation and the deposit will be handled according to the cancellation terms below:

- Cancellation up to one week before the event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

- Cancellation less than one week before the event: the deposit is non-refundable, as preparations, purchases, and bookings will already have been made at this stage.

Any request for cancellation or a date change must be made in writing, via WhatsApp or email.

 

8. Weather Conditions

As the event is planned to take place outdoors, it is important to take into consideration that weather conditions may affect the production.

In the event of rain, strong winds, extreme heat, or other weather conditions that make it unsafe or impractical to hold the event, I will do my best to find a suitable solution.

Where possible, we can explore moving the event to a covered location or changing the date.

If the event cannot take place and no alternative date can be arranged, the deposit will not be refunded. However, it may be used as credit toward a future event, subject to prior coordination.

 

9. Equipment & Damage

I invest significantly in the equipment and items brought to each event, so it is important that they are treated with care during the event.

If any equipment, items, or property belonging to me, one of the suppliers, or the event venue is damaged as a result of an intentional or negligent act by the client or any of their guests, the cost of repair or replacement will be the responsibility of the client.

Naturally, the client will not be responsible for damage caused by an accident, technical issue, or circumstances unrelated to the client or their guests.

 

10. Important Information

This proposal is based on the details agreed upon between us and the services listed above.

Any significant changes to the event details, such as the location, date, timing, number of participants or special requirements, may affect the production and the overall cost. In such cases, I will inform you in advance.

 

Any changes or additional services will be agreed upon with you before they are carried out.
